I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location in front of the lake was absolutely stunning. I was able to enjoy breathtaking views right from my spacious room's terrace. The hotel offered excellent room service, ensuring that I had everything I needed during my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. I also appreciated the convenience of the on-site shops and commercial services, which made grocery shopping and other needs easily accessible. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, including a spa and wellness center where I was able to relax and unwind. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality services.

The hotel offers basic, clean rooms with a nice balcony to enjoy fresh air. It is located in a calm and quiet area with a short 10, minute stroll to the lake. the nearby area has a beautiful setting with well, maintained gardens and a small park/play area for children.
The limited and unreliable Wi, Fi is a significant drawback for those who require a stable connection.

Reception staff helpful and nice. Large and spacious rooms. Beautiful and well-maintained gardens. Clean and well-taken care of beach area. Friendly staff. Nearby Soviet Aurora area beautiful.

Spacious Rooms and Scenic View
We stayed in this hotel during our city break and we really enjoyed the spacious rooms and the scenic view from the balcony. The rooms were clean, well ventilated, and provided a relaxing atmosphere. the location of the hotel was perfect as it was just a few minutes walk to the beach and nearby stores. the staff were helpful and friendly.
There were also some negative aspects that we experienced during our stay. The amenities in the hotel were limited, with no complimentary water, tea, or coffee provided in the room.

Great location near the lake and easy access to restaurants and shops. the rooms were well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. the hotel also had a nice park area for children that was well taken care of.
The Wi-Fi signal was weak and spotty, which made it difficult to stay connected. the beds were quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on, and there was no tea or coffee provided in the room.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly during our time here. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, from the rooms to the gardens.
